When I was younger I used to work in a pizza joint. While the work was far from creative or rewarding, I did enjoy the schedule. The place where I worked didn't open until 4pm which meant I didn't have to be at work until 1pm. This allowed plenty of time to sleep in and go mountain biking before work. Although the owner really didn't like how we'd show up muddied from our ride and hose off with the kitchen sprayer :)
