By now many of you know I have a great affection for all things mid century. The homes were swinging ,the cars were finned, and the restuarants were over the top. It was a time when theme dining went beyond Outback Steak House. Imagine walking into a building and finding it transformed into a South Pacific island complete with a cast of 30 to entertain you with authentic regional dances and rituals.
